Autopilots.lv Terms of Use
General information
The Autopilots.lv platform is maintained and operated by SIA Luxarion.
SIA Luxarion operates as a credit intermediary in the field of consumer credit and does not provide loans in its own name.
Autopilots.lv helps the user submit a financing application and receive offers from cooperation partners — credit providers.
The credit agreement is concluded directly between the user and the selected credit provider. Autopilots.lv is not a party to the credit agreement.
Nature of the service
On the Autopilots.lv platform, the user may apply for car financing, including a consumer loan, car loan or car leasing.
After the application is confirmed and the user agrees to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the user’s data is transferred to cooperation partners — credit providers, including TF Bank and Avafin, so that they can assess the user’s solvency and prepare a financing offer.
Autopilots.lv cooperates with several credit providers, but does not assess the entire market and does not offer all credit provider offers available on the market.
Submitting an application on the Autopilots.lv platform is free of charge.
Application submission
To submit an application, the user must provide the required information, including name, surname, personal identification number, email address and telephone number.
Submitting an application itself does not create any credit obligations and is free of charge.
Credit obligations arise only if the user accepts an offer from a specific credit provider and enters into a credit or leasing agreement with that credit provider.
Bank data processing and the Enable Banking solution
During the application assessment process, the user may be asked to select their bank and authenticate in the bank’s secure environment.
Bank authentication and the transfer of account information are carried out using the Enable Banking API solution.
In the bank’s environment, the user gives consent for account information data to be transferred from the user’s bank to the Enable Banking solution and used for the assessment of the financing application by the participating credit providers.
SIA Luxarion may technically receive bank account information data in a structured technical format in order to forward it to the relevant credit provider for the purpose of assessing the application.
SIA Luxarion does not use bank account information data to carry out its own independent creditworthiness assessment and does not determine the conditions for granting credit.
Credit providers use the received information to assess the user’s solvency and decide whether to issue a financing offer.
Transfer of data to credit providers
By submitting and confirming the application, as well as agreeing to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the user agrees that the information provided in the application and the information necessary for credit assessment is transferred to Autopilots.lv cooperation partners — credit providers.
Autopilots.lv cooperation partners are TF Bank and Avafin.
Credit providers use the received information to assess the user’s solvency and prepare an individual financing offer.
Each credit provider assesses the application in accordance with its own credit policy and applicable laws and regulations.
Offers and decisions
Autopilots.lv does not determine interest rates, commission fees, loan amount, term or other credit conditions.
These conditions are determined by the specific credit provider.
Autopilots.lv does not assume responsibility for whether the credit provider will approve the application or what conditions it will offer.
Service fees
Use of the Autopilots.lv platform and submission of an application are free of charge for the user.
SIA Luxarion may receive commission from the credit provider if a credit or leasing agreement is concluded between the user and the credit provider.
The user is not charged any additional fee for the credit intermediation service, unless clearly stated otherwise.
User confirmations
By submitting an application, the user confirms that:
- the information provided is true, accurate and complete;
- the user is at least 18 years old;
- the user has the right to submit the application in their own name;
- the user understands that Autopilots.lv is not a credit provider;
- the user understands that the final decision on granting financing is made by the credit provider;
- the user agrees to the transfer of their data to credit providers for application assessment.
Data protection
SIA Luxarion processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Before submitting an application, the user must read the Autopilots.lv Privacy Policy and confirm consent to the data processing described therein.
Data processing includes processing application data, receiving confirmation of the bank authentication process, technical processing of account information data where necessary to forward the application to the credit provider, and transferring data to credit providers for the assessment of the financing application.
Third-party services
The Autopilots.lv platform uses third-party technical solutions, including the Enable Banking API solution to ensure bank authentication and the account information transfer process.
Autopilots.lv is not responsible for temporary unavailability of bank, Enable Banking or credit provider systems, technical disruptions, or actions outside the control of SIA Luxarion.
Limitation of liability
Autopilots.lv provides a technical platform for submitting applications and receiving credit offers from cooperation partners.
Autopilots.lv does not guarantee that the user will receive a financing offer or that the offered conditions will meet the user’s expectations.
Autopilots.lv is not responsible for the decision made by the credit provider, the terms of the credit agreement, or the actions of the credit provider after the agreement is concluded.
Complaints and communication
In case of questions or complaints, the user may contact Autopilots.lv by writing to:
Complaints are reviewed within a reasonable period after they are received.
If a dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
Changes to the Terms
SIA Luxarion has the right to amend these Terms of Use by publishing the current version on the Autopilots.lv website.
The version of the Terms that was in force at the time of application submission applies to the user.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Credit intermediation activities are carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations governing consumer credit and credit intermediation.
